Your pathway to the Bachelor of Teaching (ECE)

Students who meet the entry requirements can apply directly for Bodhi’s three-year Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education).

For students who are not yet eligible to enter the Bachelor programme directly, Bodhi offers a supported pathway through the New Zealand Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 5), followed by the Level 6 Diploma. After successfully completing both Diplomas and meeting the Bachelor entry requirements, students may be eligible to cross-credit their learning and enter the third year of Bodhi’s Bachelor programme.

We understand that the English Language Competency requirements, including IELTS testing, can be a barrier for some applicants. Bodhi has a robust exemption process for eligible graduates of our Level 5 & 6 programmes.
