Wellbeing

At Bodhi, we believe that your wellbeing is the foundation for meaningful learning and personal growth. We know that when you feel supported, safe, and balanced, you’re more able to thrive—not just as a student, but as a whole person.

That’s why learner wellbeing is a core part of who we are and how we teach. We walk alongside you throughout your journey, providing support that is personalised, responsive, and grounded in care.

How We Support Learner Wellbeing

Dedicated Wellbeing Block in the Online Classroom
Our online classroom includes a dedicated Wellbeing Block—a space where students can access helpful resources, check-ins, self-care tools, and practical strategies to support their emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing. It’s also a place to stay connected and reminded that you are not alone.

One-to-One Pastoral Support
Every learner is assigned a dedicated tutor who provides not only academic guidance but also personal support. Whether you need a listening ear, encouragement, or help navigating a challenge, your tutor is there to support you as a whole person—not just a student.

Flexible and compassionate approach
We understand that life doesn’t always follow a straight path. Many of our learners are also parents, caregivers, or working professionals. If you need to adjust your workload, take a break, or rework your timeline, we will work with you to create a plan that prioritises both your learning and your wellbeing.

Supportive learning environment
At Bodhi, we create safe, inclusive spaces where you can be yourself and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Our online forums, Zoom sessions, and class interactions are guided by values of respect, care, and connection.

You Are Not Alone

Being in an online programme doesn’t mean being on your own. Our small cohort model and regular online engagement ensure that you’re always connected—to your tutor, your peers, and the wider Bodhi team.

If you’re experiencing stress, personal difficulties, or anything that’s affecting your ability to study, we encourage you to reach out early. We are here to listen without judgment and to help you find a path forward that works for you.
